The Mount Ayr Raiders basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Southwest Valley to 37 in the Raiders non-league victory on Friday.

The Raiders now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lenox for a Pride of Iowa - West contest on Tuesday, December 5. Mount Ayr will battle a Tigers team coming off a 66-40 league win over Bedford (Bedford, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.

The (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Nodaway Valley (Greenfield, IA). The Wolverines come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
