In Friday's non-league outing, the R-S Central Hilltoppers (Rutherfordton, NC) basketball squad beat the host Owen Warhorses (Black Mountain, NC), by a count of 37-29.
The Hilltoppers (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC). The Rams go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, T.C. Roberson was topped by T.L. Hanna (Anderson, SC), 53-37, in a non-league outing.
