The South Fork Cubs basketball team scored 37 points and restricted the visiting Potter Valley Bearcats to 17 in the Cubs non-league victory on Friday.

The Cubs now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hayfork for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. South Fork will battle a Timberjacks team coming off a 36-22 non-league loss to Burney (Burney, CA). The Timberjacks record now stands at 0-2.

The Bearcats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Willits (Willits, CA). The Wolverines come into the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Willits prevailed over Anderson Valley (Boonville, CA), 58-23, in a non-league contest.
