With the win, Weldon upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Chargers travel to North Edgecombe (Tarboro, NC) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 0-1. North Edgecombe lost 64-16 in their recent non-league bout against Washington County (Plymouth, NC)

Next up, the Pride clash with the Warren County Eagles (Warrenton, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. KIPP Pride will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 40-38 non-league win over Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC).
