In Friday's league battle, the visiting Booker Tornadoes soccer squad scored a close 8-1 win over the Gibbs Gladiators.
The Tornadoes (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Bayshore (Bradenton, FL). The Bruins go into the 4A D11 battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Bayshore was overwhelmed by Braden River (Bradenton, FL), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
