In Monday's non-league bout, the Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA) basketball team were winner over the visiting Cedar Bluff Tigers (Cedar Bluff, AL), by a tally of 71-57.
The Eagles now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Armuchee for a A D1 Region 7 bout on Tuesday, December 2. Coosa will play a Indians team coming off a 59-27 non-league loss to Coahulla Creek (Dalton, GA). The Indians record now stands at 0-2.
