Fayetteville Academy Eagles (Fayetteville, NC) backers went home pleased Monday as they observed their basketball team overcome the host Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs (Fayetteville, NC), 37-20 in a league contest.

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Christian (Fayetteville, NC). The Crusaders come into the NCISAA Sandhills contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Trinity Christian defeated Cape Fear Christian Academy (Erwin, NC), 82-11, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Village Christian Academy Knights (Fayetteville, NC) in a NCISAA Sandhills contest, on Tuesday, December 9. Berean Baptist Academy will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
