In Monday's league match, the host Hanalani Royals basketball squad scored a decisive 40-18 victory over the University Laboratory School Junior Rainbows.

With the victory, Hanalani advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Royals travel to Kamehameha Hawai'i (Kea'au, HI) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Saturday, December 6. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 3-6. Kamehameha Hawai'i lost 41-35 in their recent non-league match against Island (Lihue, HI)

The Junior Rainbows now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mid-Pacific Institute for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 10.
