The Appalachian Christian School Trailblazers basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Cornerstone Christian Cougars to 40 in the Trailblazers league triumph on Monday.
The Trailblazers now have a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Regents for a non-league game on Friday, December 5. Appalachian Christian School will face a Lions squad coming off a 41-25 non-league win over Blue Ridge Christian (Bridgewater, VA). The Lions record now stands at 1-0.
The Cougars (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against Mt. Carmel Christian Academy (Luray, VA). The Warriors enter the non-league outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Mt. Carmel Christian Academy ran past United Christian Academy (Stanardsville, VA), 66-24, in a league outing.
