The Dublin Jerome Celtics basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Marysville Monarchs to 31 in the Celtics league triumph on Friday.
The Celtics now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olentangy Berlin for a Ohio Capital - Cardinal contest on Friday, December 17. Dublin Jerome will battle a Bears team coming off a 64-52 league loss to Hilliard Darby (Hilliard, OH). The Bears record now stands at 1-3.
The Monarchs (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hayes (Delaware, OH). The Pacers enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Hayes triumphed over Worthington Kilbourne (Columbus, OH), 69-56, in a league contest.
