May Tigers (May, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bluff Dale Bobcats (Bluff Dale, TX), 47-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, May upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Cherokee (Cherokee, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, December 17. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Cherokee lost 32-20 in their recent non-league bout against Sonora (Sonora, TX)

Next up, the Bobcats play the Kopperl Eagles (Kopperl, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 14. Bluff Dale will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 38-15 non-league loss to Westlake Academy (Westlake, TX).
