The Maple Grove Red Dragons (Bemus Point, NY) basketball felled the host Cassadaga Valley Cougars (Sinclairville, NY), 51-37 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Red Dragons (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Sherman (Sherman, NY). The Wildcats go into the Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus - II West test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Sherman was beaten by Westfield (Westfield, NY), 57-44, in a league test.

The Cougars now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Randolph for a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus Central test on Tuesday, December 13.
