The Clarke County Eagles basketball team (Berryville, VA), dropped 60-46 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting James Wood Colonels (Winchester, VA)

The Colonels now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kettle Run for a Northwestern battle on Tuesday, December 13. James Wood will battle a Cougars team coming off a 81-55 league win over Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.

The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Page County (Shenandoah, VA). The Panthers come into the Bull Run battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Page County dropped by Strasburg (Strasburg, VA), 47-32, in a league battle.
