The Red Bird Cardinals basketball team (Beverly, KY), was overwhelmed 76-11 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Jackson County Generals (McKee, KY)
The Generals now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Berea for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 13. Jackson County will battle a Pirates team coming off a 73-47 non-league loss to Pineville (Pineville, KY). The Pirates record now stands at 2-3.
The Cardinals (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against Middlesboro (Middlesboro, KY). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Middlesboro was overwhelmed by Corbin (Corbin, KY), 79-32, in a non-league battle.
