Oklahoma High School Basketball - Lawton nudges Putnam City

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lawton Wolverines (Lawton, OK) basketball squad edged the host Putnam City Pirates (Oklahoma City, OK), by a margin of 62-58.

The Wolverines (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Choctaw (Choctaw, OK). The Yellowjackets go into the Oklahoma Big 10 outing with a 2-0 record.

The Pirates now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Putnam City North for a Oklahoma Big 10 outing on Tuesday, December 13. Putnam City will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 73-63 non-league win over Douglass (Oklahoma City, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 3-0.
