With the victory, Winona upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Winhawks travel to Austin (Austin, MN) to play the Packers in a AAA Section 1 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Packers come into the challenge with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Scarlets play the Austin Packers (Austin, MN) in a AAA Section 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Mankato West will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
