Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Upper Merion Area can't hold off Strath Haven

The Strath Haven Panthers basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Upper Merion Area Vikings to 43 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marple Newtown for a Central contest on Tuesday, December 13. Strath Haven will battle a Fightin' Tigers team coming off a 45-35 league win over Penncrest (Media, PA). The Fightin' Tigers record now stands at 1-1.

The Vikings (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Interboro (Prospect Park, PA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record.
