In Saturday's league outing, the Mays Raiders (Atlanta, GA) basketball squad edged the visiting Creekside Seminoles (Fairburn, GA), by a count of 55-48.

The Raiders (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Redan (Stone Mountain, GA). The Raiders go into the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Redan was tipped by Callaway (Hogansville, GA), 53-14, in a league outing.

The Seminoles now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Tri-Cities for a AAAAA Region 5 outing on Tuesday, January 3.
