Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Hermon Hawks (Hermon, ME) and the visiting Waterville Panthers (Waterville, ME), saw Hermon's basketball squad wallop Waterville by a tally of 70-35.

With the victory, Hermon improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Orono (Orono, ME) to confront the Riots in a B North challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Riots come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Orono lost 62-23 in their recent league challenge against Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) in a B North challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Waterville will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
