In Saturday's non-league match, the host Toombs County Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 35-20 triumph over the Metter Tigers.

In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Vidalia Indians (Vidalia, GA) in a AA Region 3 match, on Tuesday, December 13. Toombs County will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record.
