Ohio County Eagles (Hartford, KY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Trinity Raiders (Whitesville, KY), 46-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ohio County upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY) to play the in a District 10 bout on Friday, December 16. The go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Muhlenberg County won 46-33 in their recent league bout against McLean County (Calhoun, KY)

Next up, the Raiders play the Owensboro Catholic Aces (Owensboro, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Trinity will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Aces go into the bout with a 6-0 record after their 67-43 non-league win over Benton (Benton, IL).
