California High School Basketball - Rosemont can't hold off Cordova

The Cordova Lancers basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Rosemont Wolverine to 57 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lancers now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Florin for a contest on Monday, January 9.

The Wolverine (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Yuba City (Yuba City, CA). The Honkers enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Yuba City nudged El Camino (Sacramento, CA), 67-58, in a non-league outing.
