The Moline Maroons basketball team scored 85 points and limited the visiting Alleman Pioneers to 46 in the Maroons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Maroons now have a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Rock Island for a Western Big 6 game on Friday, December 13. Moline will confront a Rocks team coming off a 74-50 league win over Sterling (Sterling, IL). The Rocks record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, Alleman falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Geneseo (Geneseo, IL) to confront the Maple Leafs in a Western Big 6 game on Friday, December 13. The Maple Leafs go into the game with a record of 0-6. Geneseo lost 52-25 in their recent league game against East Moline United (East Moline, IL)
