In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Hobart Bearcats basketball team scored a close 54-51 win over the Apache Warriors.

The Bearcats (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Cobb-Broxton (Fort Cobb, OK). The Mustangs come into the Freelance contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Fort Cobb-Broxton edged Walters (Walters, OK), 77-29, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Snyder Cyclones (Snyder, OK) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 12. Apache will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Cyclones come into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 35-23 league win over Navajo (Altus, OK).
