The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) and the host Heritage Academy Eagles (Florence, KY), observed Bracken County's basketball team edge Heritage Academy by a score of 5-1.

The Polar Bears (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY). The Black Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Robertson County edged St. Patrick (Maysville, KY), 63-59, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Heritage Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 62-31 non-league loss to Holy Cross (Covington, KY).
