In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Broad Run Spartans basketball team scored a good 62-54 triumph over the Millbrook Pioneers.
The Spartans (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Stone Bridge topped Rock Ridge (Ashburn, VA), 73-63, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pioneers confront the Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 11. Millbrook will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 65-44 non-league win over Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA).
