Nevada High School Basketball - Pyramid Lake can't get by Churchill County

Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Pyramid Lake Lakers (Nixon, NV), 67-64 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Churchill County advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Greenwave host Hug (Reno, NV) to meet the Hawks in a non-league match on Friday, December 13. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 2-4. Hug won 68-40 in their recent non-league match against Sage Ridge (Reno, NV)

The Lakers now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Valleys for a non-league match on Friday, December 13. Pyramid Lake will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 70-64 non-league win over Galena (Reno, NV). The Panthers record now stands at 3-1.
