Next, the Tigers clash with the McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers (Darien, GA) in a A D2 Region 3 test, on Friday, December 13. Claxton will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Buccaneers come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 62-30 league win over Jenkins County (Millen, GA).

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Screven County (Sylvania, GA). The Gamecocks come into the A D2 Region 3 test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Screven County was overwhelmed by Savannah (Savannah, GA), 99-68, in a league test.
