The Turner County Titans (Ashburn, GA) basketball crushed the host Cook Hornets (Adel, GA), 80-40 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Titans now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Echols County for a A D2 Region 2 bout on Friday, December 13. Turner County will play a Wildcats team coming off a 62-20 non-league win over Highland Christian Academy (Valdosta, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Cook falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Irwin County (Ocilla, GA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, December 13. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Irwin County won 61-60 in their recent non-league bout against Coffee (Douglas, GA)
