Glenpool Warriors (Glenpool, OK) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Coweta Tigers (Coweta, OK), 52-45 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Glenpool advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Lincoln Christian (Tulsa, OK) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 17. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 3-1.
The Tigers now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tahlequah for a 5A District 4 match on Friday, December 13. Coweta will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 52-38 non-league loss to Stilwell (Stilwell, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
