With the victory, De La Salle advances its record to 6-1 on the year. The Meteors travel to Chicago Mt. Carmel (Chicago, IL) to meet the Caravan in a Chicago Catholic - Blue battle on Friday, December 13. The Caravan enter the battle with a record of 5-0. Chicago Mt. Carmel won 68-57 in their recent non-league battle against Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL)
The Spartans now own a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Francis de Sales for a Chicago Catholic - White battle on Friday, December 13. St. Francis will meet a Pioneers squad coming off a 82-41 non-league loss to Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-5.
