Maryland High School Basketball - Delmarva Christian thwarts Worcester Prep

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Delmarva Christian Royals (Georgetown, DE) and the host Worcester Prep Mallards (Berlin, MD), observed Delmarva Christian's basketball team knock off Worcester Prep by a score of 56-43.

The Royals (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Salisbury Christian (Salisbury, MD). The come into the Eastern Shore challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Salisbury Christian dropped by Eastern Shore HomeSchool (Delmar, DE), 57-39, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mallards encounter the Chincoteague Ponies (Chincoteague, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 13. Worcester Prep will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Ponies come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 52-47 non-league win over Holly Grove Christian (Westover, MD).
