The Romeoville Spartans (Romeoville, IL) basketball edged the host Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL), 69-66 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Joliet Central for a SouthWest Prairie bout on Thursday, December 12. Romeoville will play a Steelmen team coming off a 44-38 league win over Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL). The Steelmen record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, Joliet West falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL) to play the Bengals in a SouthWest Prairie bout on Friday, December 13.
