In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Northwood-Kensett Vikings basketball team scored a good 66-55 triumph over the West Fork Warhawks.
The Vikings (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Rockford (Rockford, IA). The Warriors go into the Corn Bowl contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Rockford was toppled by Janesville (Janesville, IA), 63-45, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warhawks confront the Newman Catholic Knights (Mason City, IA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. West Fork will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 4-0 record after their 74-56 non-league win over Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA).
