With the victory, Schaeffer Academy advances its record to 4-0 on the year. The Lions host Houston (Houston, MN) to meet the Hurricanes in a A Section 1 match on Thursday, December 12. The Hurricanes enter the match with a record of 0-1. Houston lost 68-53 in their recent non-league match against Cotter (Winona, MN)

The Lions now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kingsland for a A Section 1 match on Friday, December 13. Spring Grove will meet a Knights squad coming off a 75-38 non-league win over Medford (Medford, MN). The Knights record now stands at 3-2.
