Georgia High School Basketball - St. George's triumphant over Twiggs Academy

December 10, 2024: Jeffersonville, GA 31044

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the St. George's (Milner, GA) and the host Twiggs Academy Trojans (Jeffersonville, GA), observed St. George's's basketball team overwhelm Twiggs Academy by a score of 68-44.

The (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Heritage Preparatory (Atlanta, GA). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Heritage Preparatory was routed by Rock Springs Christian Academy (Milner, GA), 65-40, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Flint River Academy Wildcats (Woodbury, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Twiggs Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 60-37 non-league win over Lafayette Christian (LaGrange, GA).
