The Upstate HomeSchool Bearcats basketball team scored 71 points and limited the host Westgate Christian Eagles to 26 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bearcats now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Asheville Trailblazers for a non-league contest on Monday, December 16. Upstate HomeSchool will battle a Trailblazers team coming off a 81-49 non-league loss to Bob Jones Academy (Greenville, SC). The Trailblazers record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Lake Pointe Academy Mariners (York, SC) in a South Carolina Christian AA - Piedmont B contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Westgate Christian will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record.
