The Alice Coyotes basketball team scored 66 points and limited the host Ray Texans to 30 in the Coyotes league triumph on Tuesday.

The Coyotes now have a 13-6 record. They play next when they host Flour Bluff for a 5A Region IV District 29 game on Tuesday, December 17. Alice will confront a Hornets team coming off a 44-25 league win over Miller (Corpus Christi, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 8-4.

With the loss, Ray falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Texans host Gregory-Portland (Portland, TX) to confront the Wildcats in a 5A Region IV District 29 game on Tuesday, December 17. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 12-9. Gregory-Portland won 59-44 in their recent league game against Miller (Corpus Christi, TX)
