In Tuesday's league test, the Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) basketball squad trounced the host Coral Academy of Science - Reno Falcons (Reno, NV), by a final score of 46-13.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Battle Mountain Longhorns (Battle Mountain, NV) in a 2A Northern test, on Friday, December 13. Pershing County will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Longhorns go into the contest with a 5-0 record after their 37-31 non-league win over Smith Valley (Smith, NV).

In their next game, the Falcons confront the West Wendover Wolverines (West Wendover, NV) in a 2A Northern contest, on Friday, December 13. Coral Academy of Science - Reno will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Wolverines go into the contest with a 2-3 record after their 31-15 non-league win over Lund (Lund, NV).
