Next, the Scots encounter the Lone Star Rangers (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 12 test, on Friday, December 13. Highland Park will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Rangers come into the test with a 6-10 record after their 63-37 league win over Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX).

The Mustangs (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Reedy (Frisco, TX). The Lions come into the 5A Region II District 12 test with a 15-5 record. In their last test, Reedy was knocked off by Wakeland (Frisco, TX), 47-44, in a league test.
