The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC) and the host Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC), observed East Forsyth's basketball team knock off Mount Tabor by a score of 44-26.
The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Davie (Mocksville, NC). The War Eagles come into the 4A Central Piedmont challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Davie prevailed over Reagan (Pfafftown, NC), 59-23, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans encounter the R.J. Reynolds Demons (Winston-Salem, NC) in a 4A Central Piedmont challenge, on Friday, December 13. Mount Tabor will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Demons come into the outing with a 2-4 record after their 56-26 non-league loss to Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC).
