The Junction City Dragons basketball team scored 71 points and limited the host Gurdon Go-Devils to 53 in the Dragons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Dragons now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Harmony Grove for a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. Junction City will confront a Hornets team coming off a 57-25 non-league loss to Parkers Chapel (El Dorado, AR). The Hornets record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Gurdon falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Go-devils host Ouachita (Donaldson, AR) to confront the Warriors in a 2A Region 8 game on Friday, December 13. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 8-7. Ouachita won 69-67 in their recent league game against Hampton (Hampton, AR)
