Texas High School Basketball - Terry knocks off Lamar Consolidated

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Terry Rangers basketball team scored a good 45-35 win over the Lamar Consolidated Mustangs.

The Rangers (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX). The Cougars come into the 5A Region III District 22 contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Fort Bend Kempner was topped by Victoria West (Victoria, TX), 45-39, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos (Missouri City, TX) in a 5A Region III District 22 contest, on Friday, December 13. Lamar Consolidated will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Buffalos come into the contest with a 10-3 record after their 61-39 non-league loss to Rudder (Bryan, TX).
