North Carolina High School Basketball - Northwest Halifax overwhelmed by Wilson Prep

The Wilson Prep Tigers bounced the host Northwest Halifax Vikings basketball squad by a final score of 53-23 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Farmville Central Jaguars (Farmville, NC) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, December 12. Wilson Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Jaguars come into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 34-21 non-league win over West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC).

The Vikings (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Nash Central (Rocky Mount, NC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, Nash Central was overwhelmed by SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC), 58-32, in a non-league outing.
