The Vidalia Indians (Vidalia, GA) basketball edged the host Savannah Country Day Hornets (Savannah, GA), 42-39 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Indians now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Swainsboro for a A D1 Region 3 bout on Friday, December 13. Vidalia will play a Tigers team coming off a 48-22 league win over Woodville-Tompkins (Savannah, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Savannah Country Day falls to 5-1 on the campaign. The Hornets host Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-4.
