The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) and the visiting Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs (Kennesaw, GA), observed South Paulding's basketball team overcome Kennesaw Mountain by a score of 22-13.

The Spartans (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA). The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Villa Rica dropped by East Paulding (Dallas, GA), 41-28, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the North Cobb Warriors (Kennesaw, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 14. Kennesaw Mountain will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
