The Lincoln-Way Central Knights basketball squad (New Lenox, IL), was nudged 37-31 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL)
With the victory, Lockport advances its record to 6-2 on the year. The Porters travel to Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL) to meet the Griffins in a battle on Thursday, December 12. The Griffins enter the battle with a record of 1-0.
The Knights now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marist for a non-league battle on Monday, December 16.
