The Moorhead Spuds ice hockey team scored 9 points and held the visiting Roseau Rams to 0 in the Spuds league victory on Tuesday.
The Spuds now hold a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roseau for a Greater Minnesota bout on Tuesday, December 17.
With the defeat, Roseau moves to 2-3 on the season. The Rams travel to Sartell-St. Stephen (Sartell, MN) to play the Sabres in a non-league bout on Friday, December 13. The Sabres go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
