California High School Basketball - Freedom nips Antioch

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Freedom Falcons basketball team scored a close 58-53 triumph over the Antioch Panthers.
The Falcons (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against San Marin (Novato, CA). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, San Marin was tipped by Alhambra (Martinez, CA), 38-27, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 12. Antioch will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Broncos go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 71-32 non-league win over Piedmont (Piedmont, CA).
