With the victory, Monticello advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA) to face the Patriots in a non-league match on Thursday, December 12. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 3-0. Albemarle won 34-33 in their recent non-league match against Fleming (Roanoke, VA)

The Trailblazers now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Woodstock for a non-league match on Monday, December 16. Spotswood will face a Falcons squad coming off a 44-42 non-league win over Sherando (Stephens City, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-0.
